Nordic Viewpoint is a growing independent market research company in Mölndal that conducts qualitative and quantitative consumer and B2B research in the form of group discussions, online forums, telephone interviews, and product and user tests, as well as online surveys.

We help companies and organizations understand their target groups and optimize strategies, products, and services by collecting data and insights as a basis for decision-making.

To continue our exciting journey, we are currently looking for a native Finnish Market Researcher to join our team.

Who are you?

- You are a native Finnish speaker with excellent verbal and written skills

- You enjoy varied tasks and working in an environment where the pace is at times high

- You are flexible, unpretentious, and communicate easily with people

- You speak English (other Nordic languages are a plus)

- You have good computer skills and are comfortable with MS Office and online meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams

- Knowledge of market research software is a plus

More important than your educational background is your attitude and previous experience. If you have worked in market research, qualitative moderation, or at call centers, this is a plus. Whether you are an experienced market researcher or a junior interviewer with an interest in the industry, we are open to all profiles.

What will you do?

Depending on the projects, we may require your help with different tasks ranging from translations to telephone recruitment and interviewing, but depending on your experience, we may require you for moderation or analysis.

Projects come in different setups, which is the charm of the industry, but it also means that it is hard to predict which tasks we will need the most help with.

For several projects, interviews take place in the evenings/weekends, and therefore it is important that you can work flexibly. Travel may be required for projects to be conducted in Finland. As a moderator on assignment in Finland, you represent Nordic Viewpoint and ensure quality and service on-site. It is important that you are a quick learner and can easily adapt to changes.

Throughout the project, you maintain and ensure a high level of service, ensuring that the results of the projects are of high quality and delivered on time. This requires that you have a good ability to organize and structure the work.

The position is primarily aimed as a project-based employment but with the potential for a permanent position in the near future. We apply a base hourly wage as the starting pay, depending on experience. Remote work is possible.
