The General Psychiatry/Psychosis department works with patients with affective disorders, eating disorders, self-harm behaviors, and psychosis. The department has a total of 16 beds, of which 7 are designated for psychotic conditions that require inpatient care. The staff group consists of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and caregivers. The work group consists of a mix of employees with many years of experience from working at the clinic as well as newly recruited staff with a burning interest and curiosity, creating a stimulating atmosphere in the workplace. We are in constant development, working to improve the employees' working environment through, for example, the Green Cross, which allows us to provide our patients with good care; and stimulate employees to continue developing on a professional and personal level.

Your Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are ultimately responsible for care and have a leading role. You lead the work in agreement with other professional groups in the team. In the role of a nurse, you will establish care plans together with the patient, documentation, medication distribution, conversations with patients and relatives, among other tasks. In addition to the usual tasks, you will have the opportunity to participate in development work within the unit.

Your Qualifications

You who are applying are a licensed nurse, preferably with psychiatric experience and specialized training in psychiatry. As a person, you are stable and secure in your professional role. You are responsible and can work independently and take your own initiatives while also seeing the positive in good collaboration with colleagues. In your interactions with patients, you have a professional approach, an open attitude, and a holistic view of the individual. We hope that you have a genuine interest in the target group and that you want to develop in your professional role together with us in the department. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Employment Type

Permanent employment with start date according to agreement. Individual deviations in the schedule can be discussed.
