Your role

As a Senior CRM Developer, you will be a key person in a cross-functional, agile team of about 10 people who are further developing and managing a comprehensive permit system. The platform is built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Prem with a high degree of customization, two connected websites, and many integrations. You will primarily work with development in CRM/C#, but will also be active in architecture and solution discussions and take a holistic approach from business needs to implementation.

Your responsibilities

Develop and further develop solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Prem. Build and maintain integrations with surrounding systems and two external websites. Participate in solution and architecture work and ensure scalability, performance, and quality. Contribute to CI/CD flows and automated builds/deployments. Write and maintain unit tests and ensure quality in deliveries. Work closely with product owners and the business to implement processes in the system. Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in the team (agile working method).

Qualifications (mandatory)

At least 5 years experience as a developer of MS Dynamics CRM. At least 5 years experience in system development in C#. At least 4 years experience working in automated CI/CD environments (build & deployment). At least 3 years experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue, React, or Angular). At least 4 years experience creating unit tests in connection with development. At least 4 years experience in agile software development. Documented experience of implementing business processes in new systems (at least one assignment).

Desirable experience

Development of systems that handle sensitive personal data. MS Dynamics CRM On-Prem in live operation (at least one assignment). Fullstack (both backend and frontend) in the same assignment. Experience from public sector/politically governed organizations in the last 10 years. At least 2 years experience with Blazor.

Location

Stockholm (Kungsholmen) with the possibility of partial remote work. At least 50% of the working hours per week are expected to be on-site with the client. The client provides a computer and workspace. You will use your own mobile phone. A confidentiality agreement will be signed before starting.

Timeline and scope

Start: 2025-12-08 (or by agreement) End: 2026-12-31 Scope: 40 hours/week

Extension: Option 1+1+1+1 year according to applicable terms
