NOFO Hotel & Wine Bar is a family-owned hotel located in the most vibrant part of Södermalm. We are passionate about design and service, the latter of which we could not achieve without our wonderful staff. Our wine bar focuses on serving unique and carefully selected wines from small-scale producers, local beers, and innovative food made with love for locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.

In the wine bar, as well as in all other parts of the hotel, we always strive to do the little extra to make our guests feel special.

What is your role?

As a Night Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the hotel during the night. A night at NOFO is never the same, and your tasks change according to our guests' needs; flexibility and problem-solving are key.

You are responsible for:

• "Manager on duty"
• The night reception work
• Following routines/checklists
• Cash handling
• Preparing breakfast
• Fire safety

You are expected to keep track of our regular guests and what is happening in the house. You build successful relationships with both existing and potential guests.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, self-sufficient, and confident in themselves. You have a positive attitude, are accommodating to guests and colleagues while delivering high service, and love to offer that little extra. You are driven and used to taking responsibility as you primarily work alone at night. You handle stressful situations with a smile and solve problems that may arise independently within the scope of your employment.

Previous experience in reception work, Opera, and Office is highly meritorious. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The position

Full-time position, with a six-month probationary period and start date by agreement. 

Rolling schedule where you work 7 days followed by 7 days off. Salary according to agreement. 

We follow collective agreements and have generous employee benefits.
