Al Dente is the largest company in the Nordic region specializing in Italian cooking classes and events. Every year, we welcome over 50,000 guests to our venues in Stockholm and Gothenburg, where we offer authentic, social, and carefully crafted culinary experiences.
Since 2002, we have spread Italian food culture in Sweden through cooking classes, wine tastings, and corporate events. Over time, we have grown to be a reference point for anyone wanting to experience Italian cuisine in a genuine, professional, and engaging way.
Our international team consists of over 50 people, including chefs, sommeliers, coordinators, and guest service experts. We work with passion, structure, and teamwork to create memorable evenings where guests learn, cook, taste wine, and have fun in a warm and genuinely Italian atmosphere.

For those who demonstrate skill, responsibility, and confidence, there is an opportunity to grow and become an Event Host, responsible for leading their own groups.
