We are now looking for a Head Chef who wants to help create gastronomic experiences that our guests not only expect – but remember.

About the role

As Head Chef, you are responsible for planning and executing the kitchen work during events. You work closely with both the kitchen team and service staff to ensure a consistent and high level throughout the experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead kitchen work before and during events
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation
• Prepare mise en place based on booked arrangements
• Work operationally in the kitchen with the team
• Contribute to menu development and improvements

Who are you?

• Have several years of experience in restaurant kitchens (preferably both à la carte and events)
• Are confident in your role and can lead others in service
• Have an eye for detail and quality
• Are solution-oriented and unpretentious
• Enjoy developing and testing new ideas

Who are we?

Charm Charter runs exclusive events at sea in Stockholm. Onboard M/S Blue Charm, about 25 people work during the season.

The operation is led by Micael (back of house) and Kajsa (front of house), who are operationally present at the majority of our events.

Location

Based in Strandvägen, Stockholm – with tours in the archipelago.

Salary

Full-time - 42,000 SEK/month
