ISS is Hiring a Café Manager in Central Stockholm

About the Role

We are now looking for a full-time person who will be responsible for the sales and development of our café and ensuring that our dining area is welcoming for our guests in central Stockholm.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Ensuring that procedures are followed
Cash reports
Guest experiences
Assisting in changing and improving the product range

We work Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30 (some evening events may occur)

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in leadership
Has previously been responsible for pricing and selection of products
Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and likes to help where needed.
Has ideas on how we can improve and develop the café and lunch dining area.
Is used to working independently and being self-driven.
Speaks Swedish and English fluently.
