Cook for Bistro Roslagstull – evenings & weekends

Do you want to prepare classic, well-cooked food in a modern store environment with a fast pace and close contact with guests?

We are now looking for a cook for our Bistro at ICA Roslagstull.

About the role

You will work in our Bistro where we serve classic dishes with a focus on quality and speed. The role involves both cooking and close collaboration with the rest of the team in the store and delicatessen.

In addition to working in the kitchen, you will also assist with sales at our manual counters, which means you will meet customers, recommend products, and contribute to the overall experience in the store.

Working hours (rolling schedule):

• Week 1: Thursday 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Week 2: Thursday 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM + Friday 4:00 PM – 9:30 PM

In addition, there is an opportunity for extra shifts as needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has good experience in preparing classic dishes
• Is confident in the kitchen and can work independently
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in work
• Has an interest in sales and customer contact
• Is flexible and can step in as needed
• Has a positive attitude and collaborates well with others

Bistro Roslagstull is part of ICA Roslagstull – a store with a strong fresh produce profile and a focus on food experiences. Here we combine store and restaurant, with everything from traditional dishes to à la carte in a vibrant environment in the heart of Stockholm.

Salary & conditions

We operate under the Trade Agreement, which means favorable OB supplements compared to the restaurant industry:

• Base salary: 190 SEK/hour
• OB applies on evenings and weekends

This provides a competitive total compensation.
