Job Description

We are growing and looking for a construction manager who wants to strengthen our team – a role where your experience and commitment contribute to sustainable development.
Your new position
You will belong to the unit, Building Advisory & Consultancy, Project Management East, which currently consists of 23 project managers with a wide variety of knowledge and experience. We operate in Stockholm, Linköping, Norrköping, and Nyköping. We work purposefully and with great commitment to help our clients make sustainable and long-term decisions. We act professionally, have high business integrity, and actively work with constructive feedback and verifying dialogue to deliver the best results to our clients. Our internal collaboration and cooperation are cross-disciplinary with other local disciplines, as well as with our counterparts in other parts of Sweden and the Nordic countries.
As a construction manager with us, you will be responsible for ensuring that the construction project is carried out efficiently and with quality, in line with the project's specifications, timelines, and budget. With your skills in coordination, finance, technology, and work environment, you will be key to effective execution and good results.
Your main responsibilities:
- Construction management primarily during the later part of the design phase and during the implementation phase
- Act as the client's representative on the construction site
- Control and follow-up of production
- Resource, time planning, and financial management
- Sales and marketing towards clients and customers as well as tender work
- Contribute knowledge in contracts and agreements, risk management, and project planning.
About you
- You have experience from the contracting side in the role of project engineer and/or construction manager or site manager.
- You have a civil engineering/university degree or equivalent
- You have experience in negotiations and enjoy dialogue with the client
- It is advantageous if you have experience with BAS-P and BAS-U as well as KMA
- Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
