Through the grand entrance at Hötorget, you are welcomed into a delightful environment characterized by the optimism and elegance of the 1920s. Here in the historic PUB building, where Greta Garbo worked in the early 20th century, the original details of the building have been carefully restored or reinterpreted for our time. We are now looking for a skilled team member for the restaurant at Haymarket by Scandic.

What does the role entail?

You are the first person the guest meets in our restaurant, so it is crucial that you have a warm demeanor and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a passionate interest in food and beverages and enjoy order and tidiness, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and drinks and to be responsible for your own cash register. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.

Who are you?

To fit in the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the job largely involves communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage.

However, the most important thing is your personal qualities and attitude. To fit in the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel’s guests.
