Job Responsibilities

Do you have a strong customer focus, technical interest, and a solution-oriented mindset? We are now looking for a Service Advisor for Audi Gävle who wants to join us on the journey towards sustainable mobility and the best service experience in the industry.

Receive and guide our service customers, whether in person, over the phone, or through digital channels.
Schedule customers for service and repairs, manage warranties, insurance, and spare parts.
Plan the work for our technicians, receive and hand over cars, and provide pricing information.

Who are you?

Approved secondary education and several years of experience in a customer-focused business.
You need to be driven and engaged in your work and have an interest in our industry and new technology.
Good administrative skills where you can prioritize and organize your work. Experience with the systems Automaster, Cabas, and Elsa is a plus.
Express yourself fluently in speech and writing and have a B driver's license.
