About the role:

As a technician, you will be an important part of a team that works with service, maintenance, and assembly of technical solutions, primarily within water and wastewater. You will work practically in the field to build, repair, and improve various types of facilities, but the work may also involve tasks inside the business, providing a varied work environment. The role suits you who enjoys practical work, likes technical solutions, and wants to develop alongside the business.

Common tasks include:

- Performing renovation and modernization of pump stations

- Installing pumps, valves, control technology, and other water and wastewater equipment

- Pipe and machine assembly

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a technical interest, enjoys practical work, and wants to be part of a scaling business. You thrive in a work environment where days can look different, where you get to take responsibility, think independently, and contribute your own solutions. You are a team player who enjoys working in a team but can also make independent decisions when necessary. You are structured, communicative, solution-oriented, and have a desire to develop, with a good understanding of the importance of collaboration and good communication skills in the workplace.

- We prefer that you have experience from construction, plumbing, welding, piping, concrete, or another technical installation environment

- Practical understanding of assembly or installation

- You enjoy practical work, but most importantly, you have the willingness and drive to learn and develop.

- B driver's license

- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

- Understanding of drawings is an advantage
