About Ågrenska

Ågrenska is a unique, developing meeting place and a national competence center. We conduct various activities from a holistic perspective for children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities, their relatives, and professionals. Ågrenska is owned by the Ågrenska Foundation, which is a non-profit organization. As a child and youth assistant at Ågrenska, you are covered by a collective agreement.  Who will you work with? 

At Ågrenska, you will work with the children and adolescents who come here for short-term camps during weekends and holidays. We also have short-term activities on weekdays with children and adolescents who come to Ågrenska after school.

Scope of the position

We prefer that those who work in our short-term activities work one weekend per month and a few summer weeks for at least one year to maintain the important continuity in our groups. 

Who are you applying? 

We are looking for someone who is responsible, proactive, creative, engaged, and enjoys meeting people. Our weekends are filled with fun activities on our beautiful island, including sports, water activities, gaming, VR, crafts, music production, baking, etc. Would you like to be part of our wonderful weekend team?

We also have children with more extensive needs, where experience, education, or ongoing education to become a special educator, support assistant, social worker, or nurse is an advantage.

In some groups, night staff is also needed.

We require that you are at least 18 years old to work in our short-term activities.
