We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Specialist for an exciting assignment with an international industrial client in Västerås. Here, you will play a key role in driving product-related communication globally and creating impactful launches.

Assignment period: November 3, 2025 – February 28, 2026. Scope: 100%. Location: Västerås (on-site).

About the role: You will be responsible for driving product communication internally and externally – with a particular focus on product launches and major releases. You will work closely with the product and marketing organization to create messages, materials, and plans that strengthen the brand and increase visibility globally.

You will be a central part of the team that develops communication strategies, produces marketing materials, and ensures consistency in messaging across languages and markets.

Your mission:

• Create messages based on value propositions and product positioning.
• Plan and execute communication activities in line with the priorities of the business areas.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials (brochures, presentations, images, videos, digital tools).
• Coordinate and execute product launches.
• Be responsible for web and intranet pages related to products.
• Build and manage a media bank, image and video library.
• Follow up on communication activities through metrics and results.
• Coordinate and lead internal webinars.

Who we are looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and communication within the industry.
• Post-secondary education in marketing or communication.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to write creatively and tailored to the target audience.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders.
