The Opportunity

We are looking for an engaged production leader who wants to lead and be part of the development of our factory at Components in Ludvika. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence, take responsibility, and contribute to quality, efficiency, and safety.

You will lead and support your team while contributing to a positive work environment where employees thrive and develop. You will ensure that production meets set goals and routines. You will handle daily challenges and find solutions that drive production forward.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Personnel responsibility for your production team
• Ensure quality and efficiency while creating a safe and secure work environment
• Drive and lead improvement and development work
• Responsibility for the budget in your unit
• Work together with your team and other units to find solutions and contribute to effective working methods.
• You share Hitachi Energy's core values regarding safety and integrity, which means you take responsibility for your own actions while also feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business.

Your Background

• You have previous experience in leadership within production in the manufacturing industry or competence from leadership in larger projects.
• Previous experience from a production environment and a good understanding of industry as well as production planning, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Ability to lead teams towards set goals and continuous improvements
• Experience collaborating with other units
• Good knowledge of safety, quality, and efficiency work in the manufacturing industry
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
