About the role  We are looking for substitutes who have the capacity and flexibility to step in at short notice when needed.

As a substitute, you will be part of an engaged team and contribute to creating a stable and developing environment. The work is varied and includes both practical tasks at the residence and support in the youths' daily routines. Sometimes, there is solo work in the evenings, nights, and weekends, which requires you to be secure and independent and able to work according to established routines and action plans.

A large part of the work also involves practical tasks at the residence – such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and contributing to a safe and homely environment.

About the unit                                                                                                                                                            Nytida Alpklyftan consists of three HVB homes in Hisingen, Gothenburg.

We receive boys and girls aged 14–21 years with psychosocial difficulties and work to provide them with safety, structure, and support in their daily lives.

Your experience and knowledge                                                                                                                           You have education in social work equivalent to at least 400 YH points, SeQF level 5 or higher education level. If you are currently studying in the field, you are also warmly welcome to apply.

As a person, you have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people. You are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy working in a team.
