YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a conference host for our client on Mondays and Wednesdays between 08:30 - 12:30. The client is one of Sweden's leading life and property insurance brokers, with a large office spread over several floors located in central Stockholm. Depending on your flexibility, there may be opportunities to work more.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

In this role, no two days are the same; you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that both customers and colleagues are met with a welcoming and professional environment. 

A typical day may involve you:

• Preparing conference rooms for meetings so that everything is ready when participants arrive
• Ensuring that coffee and snack stations are always fresh and stocked
• Setting out fruit baskets and arranging snacks or simple lunches
• Keeping order in pantries and common areas, including dish management
• Handling mail – from sorting to distribution of letters and packages
• Assisting at the reception by welcoming visitors, supporting with simple administrative tasks, and managing the switchboard when needed.

This is a role for you who enjoys pace and variety. You move around a lot in the premises and enjoy working practically, standing and walking for most of the day.

• 1-2 years of previous experience in service work. 
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a role as a conference host or receptionist
