In the position of nursing assistant, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with the assistance decision, and always with a strong focus on quality. For example, you assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and being there for social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure everyone can live life to the fullest. This can involve everything from chatting, playing games, going on outings, or coming up with fun activities together. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for one colleague for full-time/part-time for a permanent position with a probationary period at a 100% employment rate starting on 1/11 or by agreement.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• A driving license (B) and the ability to cycle

We also see it as an advantage if you have previous experience in home care.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
