Are you a driven Sales Manager looking to shape the future of logistics? Here’s your chance to combine sales drive, SaaS, and sustainability in an international environment.

You will play a key role in expanding the market in Sweden and Europe. From prospecting to closing deals – you will be responsible for your own pipeline while receiving support from experienced colleagues in sales, product, and customer success.

Your day-to-day will be varied: one day on the warehouse floor, the next in meetings with decision-makers in purchasing and operations. You will enjoy a dynamic work environment where initiative, collaboration, and curiosity are highly valued.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from first contact to contract

  • Build long-term customer relationships in Sweden and Europe

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create customer value

  • Contribute energy and ideas in an entrepreneurial scale-up environment

Your profile

To succeed, we believe you have:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS, tech, or logistics)

  • A strong interest in understanding customer needs and creating solutions

  • Fluency in Swedish and English

  • A solution-oriented and self-driven attitude

  • A desire to grow in a fast-paced environment
