We are looking for you who are ready for a responsible role as Team Leader for pallet and package sorting at night for our logistics client.

As a Team Leader, you will lead the night sorting together with approximately 30 employees. The position involves responsibility for ensuring that the operations during your shift meet set goals and key performance indicators. Responsibilities include sorting and distributing packages and other goods according to established routines, as well as improvement work around these processes. Together with colleagues and the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning the night operations.

• Ensuring the night operations
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators
• Ensuring correct routines and work processes
• Working according to LEAN
• Administration related to the position

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following description

• Experience in terminal work. Leadership experience in the form of a previous supervisory role is an advantage
• Class B driver's license and forklift license A1-4 and B1-4
• Experience and comfort working at night
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English

Scope and location

The position is full-time (100%). Working hours are Mon-Fri from 02:00 to 11:00.

Currently, the position is located in Hägersten, but our client is relocating in 2027, after which the position will be based in northern Stockholm.
