About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a key person in creating strong customer relationships and ensuring that our customers succeed every step of the way. The role is both strategic and operational and involves:

• Supporting new customers from onboarding to full utilization of the platform

• Building long-term relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Providing support and advice via our helpdesk

• Identifying growth opportunities and contributing to renewals and deeper collaborations

• Collaborating closely with the sales team in outreach and prospecting

• Sharing customer insights with internal teams and contributing to the development of new services and processes

Who are you?

We believe you are a proactive, structured, and relationship-building person with experience in SaaS or tech, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or similar complex environments. Furthermore, you have:

• Several years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles in B2B sales.

• Previous experience in guiding customers through complex implementations

• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English

• Preferred if you have worked in an international context or global company before

• Extra bonus if you have post-secondary education in a relevant field.
