Our client offers digital solutions that revolutionize the transport industry. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the heart of their customer relationships. You will be involved from the first contact, guiding new customers through onboarding and ensuring they use their platform quickly, smoothly, and confidently. Once customers are up and running, you will continue to build long-term relationships through support, advice, and insights that create real value.

But this is not just a customer-facing role. At our client, they work cross-functionally, and your experience from the field will be crucial in shaping their evolving services. You will collaborate with teams across the company – from product development and sales to operations and management – and contribute input for new features, customer journeys, and service offerings. Occasionally, you will also contribute to internal initiatives, whether it’s about improving processes, supporting the launch of new services, or handling important administrative tasks that keep the business running.

To be successful in this role, you need

  • Several years of experience in SaaS or tech, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or other operationally complex environments.
  • Have worked a few years in a similar role.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. 
  • Live in or near Gothenburg.
