We are looking for a business-driven salesperson who wants to help drive Vasakronan's coworking initiative Arena forward in Gothenburg. The assignment is temporary (3–6 months) and is suitable for you who, with forward-thinking and openness, enjoys building relationships, finding new ways into the market, and creating business opportunities. With your reliability and ability to create stable collaborations, you contribute to developing one of Sweden's most modern coworking concepts.

Vasakronan Arena – cutting-edge coworking
Vasakronan Arena is the real estate company's own coworking concept launched in 2019. Gothenburg was the first with a pilot arena – and today both Arena Platinan and Arena Läppstiftet exist in the city. The concept has since grown with Arena Triangeln in Malmö, Magasin X in Uppsala, and Arena Sergel and Arena Skrapan in Stockholm.
The arenas are strategically located in some of the country's best locations and are based on Vasakronan's strengths: a broad customer base, extensive experience in office development, and a strong sustainability focus. The result is a coworking concept where productivity, flexibility, and service are at the center – a place where companies can grow, collaborate, and develop.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As a salesperson for Vasakronan Arena in Gothenburg, you will be a key person in driving the concept's growth in the market. Your main task is to create new business opportunities and get more companies to discover the value of Arena – a top-class coworking solution.
You will focus on prospecting: making calls, booking meetings, participating in networks, and initiating new contacts. Your task will be to quickly create contacts, open new doors, and initiate collaborations that can then be taken further by our team in the long term. Once the business opportunity is established, our Site Managers and Arena Manager will take over to conduct viewings, write contracts, and manage the relationship.
The role is strongly business-driven and suits you who are motivated by creating results here and now. You will be an important ambassador for Vasakronan, who, with energy, curiosity, and trustworthy dialogues, gets more people to discover the value of being part of Arena.
Since the assignment is temporary (3–6 months), we are looking for someone who can contribute energy from day one and quickly create visibility, leads, and new business for the Arena.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone with strong business drive and energy in everything you do. You are skilled at quickly building trust and sparking interest with new contacts. You thrive in an outgoing role where you get to make calls, book meetings, and network to create new opportunities. With determination, you take the initiative and are not afraid to open doors, even when it requires a cold call.
You have previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within real estate, coworking, office, hotel, or other services where hospitality and customer relationships are central. Most importantly, you are motivated by creating business, have a high activity level, and can quickly understand a new offering.
As a person, you are communicative, trustworthy, and structured in your work approach. You see opportunities, have a strong internal drive, and are motivated by delivering results in a short time.
Experiences you bring with you:
- Previous experience in sales, new customer acquisition, and business development
- Experience in making calls, booking meetings, and building relationships with new customers.
- Experience from industries such as coworking, office, real estate, hotel, events, or similar service areas is an advantage.
- Ability to quickly understand a new offering and explain it in a trustworthy manner
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Structure, drive, and a strong internal engine that allows you to achieve results quickly
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT
Start: Immediately Scope: 75%, allowing you to combine the role with other engagements, such as studies or self-employment. Location: Gothenburg
You will be employed by Carotte Staff and work on assignment at Vasakronan.
