ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are now seeking a personal assistant for our client in Töreboda. We offer a position of approximately 25% where you will work 6 night shifts on a 6-week schedule. Exact working days will be planned in consultation with you, the client's relatives, and the responsible project manager.

The shifts are scheduled from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and involve awake night shifts. Working hours may be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends. Start date and introduction will be agreed upon, preferably immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a 6-year-old boy who lives at home with his parents and younger brother. He has epilepsy and uses aids such as a wheelchair, cough machine, and feeding tube. During the night shifts, your work will involve active supervision and providing support as needed, for example with medication and transfers.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from the workplace 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Healthcare education 
• Previous experience working in healthcare 
• Experience working with epilepsy 

Employment rate: 25%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
