About the Position On behalf of our client, Wrknest is looking for a project manager who wants to be part of an initiative that has modernized the work with technical due diligence (TEDD) in the real estate industry. The role is based in Stockholm within an experienced team focused on project management and inspections. Here, you will have the opportunity to take a key role in the delivery of TEDD projects – assignments that play a direct role in some of Sweden's most interesting real estate transactions.

The client's offering in TEDD has quickly gained a strong foothold in the market, and the number of assignments is growing rapidly. Now, we need a project manager who can both understand the complexity of transaction-driven technical analyses and lead assignments to completion with quality and structure.

Your Future Responsibilities You will join a growing team where project management is at the core, both in new construction projects, renovations, and in specialist assignments related to technical due diligence.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead TEDD deliveries during real estate transactions
• Coordinate multiple actors and stakeholders in parallel processes
• Identify and assess technical risks in properties
• Deliver structured and business-oriented reports to clients
• Contribute to the further development of methodology and content in the TEDD offering

We Are Looking For Someone Who

The ideal candidate is analytical, has a strong business focus, and a natural ability to see the big picture in complex projects. You do not need to have had ultimate responsibility in previous TEDD deliveries, but you should understand the content, contexts, and purposes of them. An interest in real estate transactions is a significant asset.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with TEDD projects, preferably with some delivery or project responsibility
• Very good understanding of property technology and construction-related issues
• Understanding of the real estate business related to operating costs, rental income, and valuation
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
