About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until 28/2-2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Dagab. There is a possibility of extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

As a flow planner, you will primarily be responsible for planning, executing purchases, and managing the flow of goods to Dagab's warehouse, focusing on analyzing to optimize service levels, incoming capacity, inventory turnover rates, write-offs, and costs. You will fully plan and be responsible for operational purchases from multiple suppliers within the grocery retail sector.

Your daily work consists of order placement, order monitoring, and improvement work. You are expected to act in a structured and engaged manner on deviations in the purchasing flow by finding solutions to the challenges that arise. You will also be responsible for proactive planning to ensure a good flow of goods for planned campaigns, seasons, and assortment changes.

A selection of tasks includes:

• Operational and strategic purchasing based on demand forecasts.

• Continuously analyze and adjust supplier and item parameters and deviations.

• Develop and follow up on key performance indicators for the flow.

• Manage transport bookings and be responsible for monitoring deliveries of placed orders.

• Lead and develop work within the assigned area of responsibility according to the department's division of responsibilities, both internally and externally.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Bachelor's degree in logistics, economics, or Supply Chain

• At least 1–2 years of work experience in a purchasing role

• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred:

• Experience working in the grocery retail sector.

• Knowledge of SAP and other advanced IT systems.

• Experience with larger flows

You perform calculations and analyze outcomes, which requires a structured and meticulous working method. Additionally, you have an eye for detail and any deviations. Since you will have multiple points of contact both internally and externally, you are communicative and enjoy collaborating with others. Finally, you are driven and proactive in implementing changes and improving processes.
