About the Role In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions within Microsoft 365 and Azure. You will also take strategic responsibility for building up a department in the area, where you lead both technical work and the team. The role involves close collaboration with customers, colleagues, and the sales team, as well as acting as a technical advisor in both internal and external contexts.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions within Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Lead the establishment of a new business unit focused on Azure and M365
• Manage device and application management via Intune
• Ensure information protection and compliance with Microsoft Purview
• Work with security solutions such as Microsoft 365 Defender
• Implement and administer Windows 365 environments (Cloud PC)
• Automate and streamline processes with PowerShell, Power Platform, and Microsoft Graph API
• Participate in migrations, onboarding, and strategic advisory for customers
• Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support the support team as needed
• Assist the sales team during customer meetings
• Contribute to business development and packaging of services in the area

We Are Looking For You Who

• Has at least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Has a good understanding of Microsoft's security and compliance tools
• Is accustomed to working with Intune, PowerShell, and collaboration platforms like Teams and Exchange Online
• Has experience with Windows 365 and management of Cloud PC solutions
• Has experience designing and implementing solutions based on customer needs
• Has leadership potential or experience building teams or departments
• Is communicative, structured, and has a strong customer focus
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

Desirable

• Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or related areas
• Experience with migrations from other platforms
• Knowledge of Azure AD and integrations with other cloud services
• Certificates (AZ-305), (AZ-400), (AZ-204) or similar
