We are looking for an experienced dental nurse who is also comfortable in the role of receptionist for our clinic Oral Care Renmarkstorget in Umeå. With us, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on high-quality care and a good reception.

About the position as a dental nurse and receptionist 

The position includes work both as a dental nurse and receptionist. You will have the opportunity to combine administrative tasks in the reception with clinical work alongside dentists and other colleagues at the clinic. The tasks include, among other things, patient contact both in person and via phone, scheduling appointments, handling payments, assisting in treatments and sterilization work, as well as other administration related to the clinic's daily operations.

You will become an important part of the team and actively work to ensure high patient safety and good service. The role involves close collaboration with the entire clinic team and places high demands on accuracy and planning ability.

Qualifications and characteristics for dental nurse and receptionist

• Trained dental nurse with preferably experience in reception work within dental care.
• Good communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Enjoy varied tasks, are flexible, and have an easy time collaborating in a team.
• Used to taking responsibility, are meticulous, and have a structured work approach.
• Comfortable in contact with patients of all ages and have a strong commitment to service.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
• Experience with the journal system Muntra is an advantage.
