We are looking for a systematic requirements manager for Trafikverket. The stationing is in Stockholm, Södertälje, Nyköping or Linköping.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The assignment consists of the following: The requirements specialist will work with systematic requirements management for the expansion of the railway's new mainline system. The requirements specialist works closely with project managers in various projects and supports them with ongoing requirements management work. The role includes, among other things: • Ensure requirement fulfillment: work with technical specialists, project engineers, and project managers to ensure that the projects meet established requirements. • Lead requirements management: assist with guidance and ensure that the project's requirements profile is updated and that established routines and processes are followed. • Support the projects: contribute to effective implementation from planning and execution to completion, focusing on delivering a facility according to established requirements. • Contribute to improvement work: work on updating and improving established methods within requirements management.Tasks • Develop process descriptions, concretizations of working methods, guides, and templates. These are primarily concretizations of working methods in the GÅ process and associated TDOK. • Implement, educate, and follow up on established working methods regarding systematic requirements management. • Establish and manage the program's and project's requirements database (Doors Next), by providing a structure and plan for management that is adapted to Trafikverket's templates and to the program's (including the project's) needs • Manage permissions in the program's and project's requirements database • Support the program's employees in managing requirements, e.g., by providing information about registered requirements, advising on how new or changed requirements can be identified, formulated, divided, etc. • Coordinate and administer the follow-up of requirements registered in the requirements database • Plan and conduct training in working methods and tools based on the needs of different target groups • Assist with traceability of requirements and a history of decisions made regarding the requirements in the program, which is important input for any change management in later stages • Compile reports on requirement fulfillment and participate in the handover and closure of projects/programs as previously decided • Assist in the preparation of procurement documents regarding the supplier's work with facility-specific requirements • Assist in the supplier's initiation of their requirements work, and continuously engage in dialogue with the supplier regarding the management of facility-specific requirements • Assist in planning and conducting requirement meetings, both internal and with the supplier. • Participate in meetings, e.g., project group meetings and special working meetings as needed

Requirements (NOTE, mandatory)

The resource consultant must meet the following competence requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree of 180 credits (120 points) with a technical focus or other education combined with experience deemed equivalent by the client. 2. At least two years of documented experience working as a requirements specialist with systematic requirements management within a client organization, with a steady workload of at least fifty percent (50%) of a full-time position, a full-time position corresponds to 1700 hours/year, where the following tasks have been carried out: a. Responsible for the administration of requirements management • Established a requirements database that includes several different technical areas. • Managed the requirements database by coordinating and administering the follow-up of requirements within several different technical areas registered in the requirements database. • Documented requirements in a structured and systematic way to ensure traceability from registration to verification. • Managed permissions for the requirements database. b. Trained other project members in working methods and tools for requirements management. c. Acted as moderator/caller for requirements coordination meetings attended by both representatives from the client and the supplier. Experience must have been acquired in the last ten years. 3. Good knowledge and at least one year of documented experience as an administrator for a project area in the IT tool Doors NEXT, with a steady workload of at least fifty percent (50%) of a full-time position, a full-time position corresponds to 1700 hours/year. As an administrator, one must have worked with streams, attributes, permissions, and system settings. Experience must have been acquired in the last ten years. 4. Can express oneself well in spoken and written Swedish and English.

Administered a project area in the IT tool Doors NEXT (In addition to the basic requirements in UB 3.3) on the client side, with a steady workload of at least fifty percent (50%) of a full-time position. Experience in working with the development of process and routine descriptions for requirements management.
