For our logistics client, we are looking for someone ready for a responsible role as Team Leader for pallet and parcel sorting at night.

As Team Leader, you will lead the night sorting together with approximately 30 employees. The position involves responsibility for ensuring that the operations during your shift meet set goals and key performance indicators. This includes ensuring that packages and other goods are sorted and distributed according to established routines, as well as improvement work around these processes. Together with colleagues and the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning the night operations.

• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators
• Ensuring correct routines and work processes
• Working according to LEAN
• Administration related to the position

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following description

• Experience in terminal work. Leadership experience in the form of a previous supervisory role is an advantage
• Driving license B and forklift license A1-4 and B1-4
• Experience and enjoyment of working nights
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English

Scope and placement

The position is full-time (100%). Working hours are Mon-Fri from 02:00 to 11:00.

Currently, the position is located in Hägersten, but our client will move in 2027, after which the position will be located in northern Stockholm.
