We are now opening the doors to BUBS' first concept store in Stockholm, and we are looking for a joy spreader who wants to help make the premiere unforgettable! This is more than just a store – it is a vibrant candy universe filled with emotions, experiences, and magic. Every customer who steps inside should be greeted by something unexpected, fun, and personal. That's where you come in.

Who are you?

You are a warm, positive, and engaged person who naturally spreads good energy around you – a true star who is passionate about service, experience, and meeting people. You have worked in retail before and thrive in a store environment, especially when there is room to take initiative, think creatively, and make a difference.

You are:

• Accustomed to taking responsibility and driving both yourself and the team forward towards common goals
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating and creating a good atmosphere in the group
• Solution-oriented, curious, and proactive – you see what needs to be done and act immediately
• A person with high EQ – you easily read situations, adapt, and genuinely connect with people
• Interested in social media and have a good sense of how to create engaging content that elevates the brand
• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Has previous experience in sales and customer service
• Loves color, form, and experience
• Has an interest and preferably some experience in creating content for social media
• Is goal-oriented and enjoys working towards results
• Is curious, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys when no day is the same
• Has an easy time connecting with people of all ages – and always offers that little extra
• Is a team player through and through

About the brand – BUBS

• BUBS is not just candy – it’s a feeling. Since its inception in Jönköping, BUBS has offered sustainable, colorful, and playful candy with strong recognition. Their iconic candies – from Raspberry Licorice Skulls to Sour Octopuses – are loved by all.
• The BUBS brand is part of Orkla Snacks Sweden, which aims to create a place where one can be mischievous and curious – regardless of age – with its first concept store for BUBS.

Your tasks

• Provide every customer with a warm, engaged, and personal welcome
• Help customers find their candy favorites and discover new flavors
• Ensure that the store is inviting, inspiring, and always ready for the next wow moment
• Work with campaigns, events, and product presentations
• Contribute to the store's sales goals and development
• Create content for social media and contribute ideas for online visibility
• Handle cash register, restocking, and simpler inventory tasks
