As a Product Manager at TJB, you will be responsible for managing and improving our range of roofing products, as well as supporting other colleagues when higher technical expertise is required, such as during larger quotes or in connection with technically demanding questions. Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with colleagues in product development, marketing, sales, and after-sales.
• Provide technical support both internally and to customers.
• Contribute theoretical and practical expertise during internal and external training sessions.
• Assist in quantity calculations/quote preparation for larger and more complex projects.
• Collaborate with other colleagues to develop and update installation instructions and other technical documentation.
• Gather and analyze insights about customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
• Navigate and follow up on regulations and quality requirements related to the construction industry.
• Ensure that our products meet these regulations and quality requirements.
• Participate in renewals, updates, and phase-outs of products.
• Travel to customers, suppliers, trade fairs, or job sites may occur.

Your Profile

We believe you will succeed best in this role if you have a technical foundational interest with a background as a craftsman (carpenter, roofer, or tinsmith) who has worked practically with roofs and understands both the construction and the craft. Additionally, you have been a construction manager or project manager responsible for roofing or small house construction, thereby having a deep understanding of roof construction and its various work processes. Furthermore, you have:

• Good computer skills with experience from a staff role in construction.
• Good technical understanding and the ability to discuss construction both internally and externally.
• Are structured, analytical, and responsible. Experienced in driving projects.
• Understand the value of collaboration and trust between different teams.
• A desire to learn more. What you don't know, you will find out.

Who is TJB

We were founded nearly 25 years ago and work daily to solidify our position as the knowledgeable business partner in roofing to provide our customers with a better roofing experience. We have our office and warehouse in Herrljunga, are 23 employees, and our customers are within the Swedish construction trade, house manufacturers, and among electrical wholesalers.
