3Button Group is an entrepreneur-driven company with approximately 57 employees. The company's focus is on user-friendly and intelligent automation solutions, where we specialize in robotic automation for picking, packing, and palletizing, primarily for the consumer and food industries, complete automation lines for the manufacturing industry, and automation in the plastics industry and packaging manufacturing. Within the group, we also have Front AGV, which develops and implements automatic trucks (AGVs) to optimize material handling.

Job responsibilities

As Service Manager, you will play a key role where you combine strategic business and sales responsibility with operational process development. Early in the sales process, you ensure a successful machine journey and lay the foundation for long-term service agreements. You drive the initiative to integrate service agreements into sales and are involved in the development of user-friendly IT systems that streamline workflows. You lead a team of up to eight service technicians with personnel, results, and budget responsibility. By delegating, coaching, and inspiring your team, you ensure high service quality and an engaged work environment. As the first point of contact for customers, you build strong relationships and collaborate with both internal and external parties for smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Spare parts sales and renovations
  • Responsible for service agreements
  • Budget, personnel, and results responsibility for the service department
  • Customer contact and responsibility for service delivery

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • A couple of years of experience in a leadership position with results and personnel responsibility
  • Experience in driving and developing an after-sales or service department
  • Technical post-secondary education in e.g., electrical or mechanical engineering is an advantage
  • IT system development related to service and after-sales is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of business systems, e.g., CRM systems
  • Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Driver's license B
