We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Procurement Consultant for an exciting assignment during an intensive expansion and launch phase. You will be employed as a consultant via Talents by Inhouse and work at our client's location. More information about the company will be provided during the recruitment process.

As Category Lead within Direct Materials (DIM), you will be responsible for the procurement of additives and flavors for products within both nicotine pouches and traditional snus on a global level. You will work in a complex matrix organization and collaborate with both local and international stakeholders in procurement. The assignment involves both strategic work and operational delivery in a rapidly changing environment.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the category of additives and flavors
• Ensure a robust and flexible supply chain with a global and local supplier network
• Negotiate contracts and drive sourcing strategies
• Work cross-functionally with global and regional stakeholders
• Participate in shaping future ways of working and processes

Assignment period: immediate – October 31, 2026

Location: Gothenburg, 100% on-site during the first month, then the possibility of remote work up to 2 days/week if the work allows

• University degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement
• Experience with direct materials is a requirement; knowledge of additives and flavors is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You are communicative, collaborative, solution-oriented, and have an agile working style
