SEB Kort is now looking for a new colleague to join the Norwegian customer service team. Here, you will help SEB's Norwegian customers and develop in a safe and inspiring work environment at the head office in Arenastaden, Solna, with both art on the walls and a barista who makes your coffee.

ABOUT THE POSITION

SEB Kort operates throughout the Nordic region and collaborates with brands such as SEB, Eurocard, Strawberry, and several co-brand partners. They offer services to both private and corporate customers and handle over a million customer interactions per year via phone, email, and social media.

As a customer service representative, you will be part of the team that delivers top-class service to SEB Kort's Norwegian customers. 

Your main task is to provide support via email and phone, where you answer questions about invoices, transactions, complaints, credits, and interest rates, as well as guide customers in SEB's digital services, always focusing on high quality and the best possible customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you need a strong commitment to service, a drive to achieve results, and a professional demeanor. You enjoy collaborating and have a lot of contact with both customers and colleagues. Since SEB operates in a changing industry with many products, we appreciate curiosity, quick learning, and self-driven development. Furthermore, we hope you have:

  • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
  • Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written.
  • Passed background check
