Do you want to be part of developing digital services used by hundreds of thousands of people every day? We are now looking for an experienced UX/UI designer for a consulting assignment within an established agile team working with one of Sweden's most used public transport apps.

You will be an important part of a cross-functional team consisting of product owners, iOS and Android developers, testers, design leads, and team coaches. Here, you will work closely with both developers and other stakeholders to anchor design in implementation and create solutions that make a real difference for travelers.

The workplace is in Stockholm, with a combination of remote and office work. The team has fixed days in the office each week, making it important that you are located in the Stockholm area.

Start: October 29, 2025 End: October 29, 2026 with the possibility of extension

Requirements

• At least six years of experience as a UX/UI designer for mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)
• At least three years of full-time experience in UX design
• Experience in user-centered design throughout the process, including methods such as user journeys, interviews, prototypes, and user testing, supported by at least two assignments in the last six years
• At least three years of experience independently planning and conducting usability studies using methods such as tests, observations, surveys, and interviews
• At least two years of experience creating design sketches and interactive prototypes in Figma, tested with end-users, as well as working with design tokens and variables
• Experience in detailed design within established design systems for at least two years in the last seven years
• Experience evaluating design according to WCAG AA, supported by at least two assignments
• At least two years of experience working in agile cross-functional development teams
• At least three years of post-secondary education in IT or equivalent

Preferred

• At least one year of experience in design projects in larger organizations (500+ employees) with multiple departments and external suppliers
• Experience from design assignments with target groups that required extra high accessibility, such as people with visual impairments or cognitive disabilities
