Responsibilities

As a Senior Microsoft Security Specialist, you are a key person in the client's efforts to protect digital assets, manage risks, and ensure compliance. You work proactively to design, implement, and improve security solutions within Microsoft's ecosystem – focusing on both technology, processes, and strategy.

You have deep technical expertise in Microsoft's security platforms and are accustomed to working in complex IT environments, both on-prem and in the cloud. The role also requires a good understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to communicate with both technical teams and business leaders.

An important part of the role is to act as an advisor to our clients, where you identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

• Design and implement security solutions based on Microsoft's security portfolio (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Purview, Intune)
• Develop and maintain security strategies, policies, and guidelines in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Participate in risk assessments and security audits.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of experience working with Microsoft 365 security, design, consulting, and implementation
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Information Protection and Compliance Administrator are advantageous
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft's security tools such as Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra ID, Intune, Purview
• Experience working with Zero Trust architecture, IAM, and security automation
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
