The Opportunity
Components, an important part of Hitachi Energy, is growing – and we are looking for you who want to help ensure that our high-voltage products meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer. As a tester, you will play a key role in our operations – a job where technology, precision, and safety are at the forefront.

How you will make an impact
- Handle and prepare products for high-voltage testing.
- Perform high-voltage measurements according to given regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
- Deliver approved units to customers.
- Work with cranes, forklifts, and lifts in a varied job.
- Ensure compliance with standards and HSE regulations.
Your background
- We prefer that you have a high school diploma in technology or electrical engineering.
- Vocational degree in electrical power or high voltage – a plus!
- Experience working with electricity or high voltage, for example in substations, is highly meritorious.
- To succeed in this role, we see that you are driven, curious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a team and prioritize safety and quality.
- Cranes, forklift, lift, and fall protection certifications are advantageous.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable performing tasks at height and be able to work various shifts. You will handle high-voltage products and work closely with colleagues in a team where collaboration and safety are crucial.
