About the company We are a fast-growing player in the retail sector with a turnover of over 100 million SEK. Here, you will encounter a dynamic environment where sales, development, and strong customer relationships are at the core of our success.

The role As a Key Account Manager, you will have a central role in developing and managing our customer relationships. You will be an important part of the sales team and will work both strategically and operationally. You will be based in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new and existing customers and build strong relationships.
  • Develop partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Plan customer visits and create smart routes.
  • Inspire retailers and show how we create added value together.
  • Work towards clear goals – with great freedom in how you organize your work.
  • Participate in daily kickoff meetings and regular sales training.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least one year of experience in field sales or KAM sales.
  • Is positive, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Is unafraid to take initiative and enjoys achieving results.
  • Listens, learns, and wants to develop.
  • Has a driver's license and likely lives in the Gothenburg area.
  • Experience in grocery retail is an advantage but not a requirement.
