We are looking for a Head Chef

We are searching for an experienced and dedicated head chef on behalf of our client, who is a natural leader in the kitchen. You have a natural sense of order and structure and enjoy leading, inspiring, and developing your team.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate kitchen staff in daily operations

• Be responsible for menu planning with a focus on quality and seasonality

• Have an overall understanding of kitchen economics, purchasing, and ingredient management

• Schedule planning and staffing to create efficient operations

• Ensure that routines and hygiene standards are always followed

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in the role of a leader and can create a good working environment

• Has documented experience as a head chef or sous chef

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and has an eye for detail

• Has a good understanding of kitchen economics and personnel planning
