Selectric delivers total contracts and turnkey stations to its customers. Responsibilities As a project manager at Selectric, you will play a central role in driving contracting projects within the power grid, from planning and startup to final delivery. The projects encompass the entire process, from land preparation and construction to installation and commissioning, allowing you as a project manager to be involved in all parts.

You will be part of an entrepreneurial-driven and growing company that is on an exciting growth journey, where you will have the opportunity to influence both the design of the projects and the company's future development. The role involves leading larger and complex projects with responsibility for both budget, schedule, and quality. You will lead and coordinate subcontractors, maintain close contact with clients, and work closely with an engaged team consisting of other project managers, lead assemblers, technical specialists, and project support.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Plan, drive, and follow up contracting projects within the power grid, from start to final delivery
• Be responsible for the project's schedule, budget, and quality
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and build long-term relationships with clients
• Participate in construction meetings and ensure that the project meets all requirements regarding work environment, safety, and regulations (e.g., BAS-U and BAS-P)
• Participate in factory visits and testing of components in Europe and internationally
• Contribute to the development of Selectric's project methodology and working methods in a growing organization

Education, experience, and personal qualities

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as engineering, construction, electrical power, or similar

• Experience in leading contracting projects within electricity, land, or construction/infrastructure

• Background as a project manager, site manager, or contracting engineer, or similar role with responsibility for schedule, budget, and coordination

• Good knowledge of contracting law (AB/ABT)

• B driver's license (business travel is included in the role)

• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with total contracts or larger infrastructure projects

• BAS-U and BAS-P

• Experience in the energy sector or power grid projects
