As a field mechanic, you are the face of Scantruck and meet our customers daily with a professional, service-oriented, and solution-focused approach. You are responsible for service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of customers' machines and equipment directly on-site.

The work is based from your home with a well-equipped service van. The role offers great freedom but also responsibility – both to maintain a high work ethic and to keep good order in both administration and tools and equipment.

You will have a varied everyday life where some days are longer and others shorter. To develop in the role, you will receive ongoing training, both in Sweden and abroad. Often, the training is conducted in English. Air travel may occur.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a mechanic, preferably with construction machinery
• Has knowledge of hydraulics and/or electronics (meritorious)
• Has a manual B driver's license (required). Forklift, wheel loader, or telehandler is a merit
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and service-minded
