We are now looking for a service technician working from home in Gnosjö municipality, Anderstorp municipality to strengthen the team!

Port & Industriservice Ljungby AB is looking for a service technician who can do everything from charming customers to getting a stubborn gate to cooperate. You will be working from home.

With us, you are not just a technician – you are our face to the outside (no, we don’t require you to pose on billboards, but a smile always makes the job easier).

What you do during the day

• You ensure that shop doors, gates, loading bridges, and fences work as they should – because when they malfunction, the whole world stands still (at least the customer's truck).
• You troubleshoot, fix urgent problems, perform planned repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance – in short, you save the day.
• Sometimes you will also measure and install garage doors for consumers. This requires both screwing and chatting in a professional manner.
• You discover improvements and can, with a sense of touch, suggest smart solutions that make the customer's everyday life easier.

Who you are

• You are driven, cheerful, and enjoy variety (sometimes you are in a workshop, sometimes in pouring rain in a parking lot – you like both!).
• You enjoy talking to people and can balance customer contact with independent work.
• You work from home, so you see freedom under responsibility as a benefit, not an excuse to sleep in (even though you can actually leave directly from home with your service van).
• You have experience working as a service technician.
• You speak Swedish fluently, and English is a plus.

In short:

• Driving license B is required
• Driving license BE is a plus (larger trailer = greater opportunities).
