Your mission

As our Production and Installation Manager, you will be part of a small and dedicated team of four, where each person plays a crucial role. In this position, you will be the sole specialist in your field, taking full ownership of your area while working closely with the rest of the team. As the company grows, your opportunities to shape your role and influence our journey will also grow.

You will be the driving force behind Flow Loop's internal production, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will plan, organize, and execute production and final quality control, manage inventory, and continuously improve our processes. You will also be hands-on with customer installations, collaborating with our sales team, and occasionally rolling up your sleeves to perform installations yourself.

Your work

• Assembly, repair, and installation of Flow Loop's innovative products. This includes both mechanical and electronic work as well as software installation.
• In production, you will be assisted by part-time staff as needed depending on production volumes.
• Keep inventory organized and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners, negotiate prices and terms.
• Support installation projects, train installers, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Address customer challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to keep processes efficient and innovative.
• To do this, you will be trained as needed to become proficient in the job.

• Experience in assembly, production, or technical solutions.

• Industry insight or experience from a startup environment is considered a valuable asset!

Flow Loop is located in Niras Green Tech Hub and is one of about 20 startups. Here, Flow Loop has production facilities, a showroom, and a water lab. In the hub, you will interact with other startups and participate in the vibrant atmosphere that characterizes the hub; your lunch can be enjoyed in Meyers Cantine, and in the gym, you can work out with your colleagues.
