Linjemontage is a modern company in the electrical power industry that performs contracting work in the field of power supply facilities from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. This can include everything from complex deliveries of complete transformer stations, deliveries of power lines to the replacement of system components such as remote control, relay protection, etc. Our customers include electricity network owners, industries, and municipal and state authorities. Linjemontage has offices and operations throughout Sweden as well as in Norway and a branch in Croatia. We have over 350 employees. Since 2019, Linjemontage has been part of Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.

We are now recruiting a Commissioning Manager who is passionate about technology, works in a structured and meticulous manner, and wants to take on significant responsibility in a contractor-driven company where decision-making paths are short. We deliver transformer stations to power companies and network companies with voltages up to 400 kV. The projects are usually total contracts where we are responsible for construction, land, building, assembly, and commissioning to a completed facility.

Job Responsibilities As a Commissioning Manager, you play a key role in our projects – both before and during the commissioning phase. Even before work starts on site, you are expected to contribute and influence the planning.

You lead and allocate work for our commissioning technicians at the site and drive the project forward through the entire chain: from the transition after the assembly phase, through start-up and commissioning (PreSAT, SAT), to customer training and energization. The role involves responsibility for the project's commissioning planning, quality assurance, and time management – while you often also participate practically in the commissioning work.

As a Commissioning Manager with us, you will have a varied job with significant personal responsibility, where tasks change depending on the nature and phase of the project.

Experience and Education We are looking for someone with experience as a Commissioning Manager who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility, drive work forward, and create structure. Perhaps you are currently working as a commissioning technician, have built up several years of experience, and feel it is soon time to take the next step.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and find it easy to communicate with various stakeholders in the project.

Since we operate throughout Sweden, the position requires frequent travel and overnight stays during the week. At the same time, we are flexible regarding the location – you can work from one of our offices or from home.
