Power Transformers is growing, and we want you to be part of our expansion.

We are looking for an engaged and motivated leader who wants to drive improvements and lead and participate in development projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

You will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement, implementing technical solutions, and supporting production in daily operations.

You will be part of a fantastic team with great camaraderie that helps each other and ensures the best of each other's knowledge and experience is utilized.

How you will make an impact

• You will be an engaged and motivating leader who develops and supports your team of production engineers.
• You will ensure technical capacity, optimize processes, and manage internal logistics.
• You will lead and participate in development projects to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Actively participate in new investments and strategic projects.
• You will guide the team through planning and execute and follow up on the installation of new machines, equipment, and tools.
• The role involves close collaboration with production leaders, production managers, as well as quality, maintenance, and R&D teams.

Your background

• You have an engineering degree or other relevant equivalent professional experience.
• You are a structured and driven leader with excellent communication skills and a technical interest.
• Documented leadership experience and work experience in production technology is an advantage.
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

You are an unpretentious person who enjoys collaborating and contributing to the development of your team. In this role, you are a natural part of the team – you lead, support, and encourage others while contributing to creating cohesion. You have social skills, are structured, and have an organized working method.
