About the Role You will be a key player in the production and supply chain. Your role combines technical understanding of production flows with business and logistics-oriented thinking. You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure that materials, schedules, and deliveries work in practice, every day.

Responsibilities

• Receive, confirm, and follow up on customer orders and communicate clearly internally and externally about status and needs.
• Plan and optimize production schedules to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
• Manage purchasing and inventory of raw materials and consumables to avoid both shortages and overstock.
• Ensure that suppliers deliver according to requirements on time, quality, and cost.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for incoming and outgoing goods, including communication with carriers and customers.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes for inventory management, production flow, and waste management.
• Support colleagues in planning and act as backup in related planning areas.

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics in technically complex environments.
• Is analytical and accustomed to working with inventory balances, forecasts, and scheduling.
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English.

It is a plus if you also have experience in

• Industrial environments with high delivery reliability requirements.
• Lean/process improvement work.
• Collaboration with suppliers in international or technically advanced chains.

Scope and Conditions Full-time consulting assignment. Duration: October 13, 2025 – May 29, 2026. Location: Fjällbacka.
