We work person-centered, meaning that you as an individual are seen and acknowledged in our operations, whether you are working, a relative, or receiving assistance.

We also collaborate with private employers in personal assistance. We offer financial and other administrative solutions that we tailor together to meet each individual's different needs. We operate and have clients all over Sweden, from north to south, but our office is located in Täby. We choose to be the slightly smaller and more personal choice for those seeking a more personal assistance.

The company's founder and owner has previously worked as a personal assistant, which we see as an extra strength that helps us build stable workgroups where we deliver high-quality, person-centered assistance.

We are now looking for some personal assistants who want to work extra for a woman living in ÖSTERVÅLA.

We are always very careful about whom we hire - but for this group, we take it a step further and only hire individuals who qualify according to the criteria below.

About the workplace

We are now looking for some personal assistants for a woman living with her family in central Östervåla. They live in a villa, and we hope that applicants have an interest in home and garden so that both parties can enjoy the work.

Sometimes there are days when you are in the background and passive, and sometimes you will join in on smaller outings, baking, or other pleasant activities at home. You who are applying must, of course, be comfortable with the fact that the days may look different depending on the energy level.

The woman has assistance for most of the day. We offer work mostly during the day, but evenings and weekends may also occur.

You will assist with hygiene tasks, household chores, and transfers. Other tasks may also occur.

You will also perform escorting and some care/walking of the family's dog. Additionally, you will assist with reading, interpreting, and writing. Therefore, we require that you can read and write Swedish fluently.

The position is currently a needs-based employment, but for the right person, we can agree on a more long-term schedule and a fixed schedule.

It is important that you do not smoke and preferably avoid strong perfume.

About you

We want you to be cheerful, forward, positive, and enjoy working with people. Something that is important to us is humor and that you have a twinkle in your eye.

Of course, we will explain all routines and tasks to you at first, but then we hope that you can be self-sufficient where you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

On days when the energy level is lower, you should feel comfortable withdrawing so that there is an opportunity for rest. This decision will, of course, be made together and as needed.

About the employment

The position initially involves hourly employment. There is a possibility of a fixed schedule part-time and more hours during vacations and other absences thereafter.

Requirements

Due to the nature of the work, you must speak and understand Swedish fluently.

Since there is a dog in the home, you who are applying should not have any form of allergy.

You need to hold a B driver's license to be able to drive the family's car on outings.

Meritorious

It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience in personal assistance.

We would also like you to have an interest in gardening and home.

However, we always prioritize personal chemistry with the client and workgroup.
