Do you want to help drive IT infrastructure forward in an international environment? We are now looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician (Senior) for an exciting assignment with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after the contract period.

Your responsibilities

As part of the regional IT Operations team, you will:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users in the office, remotely, and in the field.

• Administer systems and manage local backup solutions.

• Monitor IT environments, analyze faults, and implement improvements.

• Participate in and drive smaller IT infrastructure projects.

• Collaborate with colleagues in the Nordics and Europe to develop and optimize solutions.

• Document processes and procedures and contribute improvement suggestions.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).

• Experience with VMware, Microsoft Teams, M365, and networks.

• Experience working in global environments with central infrastructure.

• Experience with Service Desk systems and ITIL processes.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure within an international organization.

• Fluent language skills in Swedish & English, both spoken and written.

Practical information

• Assignment duration: November 3, 2025 - May 31, 2026.

• Location: On-site in Västra Frölunda / Torslanda (with some travel within the Nordics, 1–2 times/year).
