About the position:

As a Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations of production by ensuring, developing, and improving the company's production processes. You will lead and coach your employees towards common goals and actively work to create a safe, efficient, and quality-driven production.

You represent the company's values, follow and promote policies and guidelines – and contribute to creating a safe and secure corporate culture together with other employees.

At the factory in Ockelbo, railway products are produced, which are delivered to our customers throughout Sweden upon completion. The team you will lead is self-sufficient and cohesive with extensive experience and competence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving and developing production flows within your area of responsibility
• Leading improvement work in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Optimizing resource use and ensuring efficient operations in production
• Being responsible for operator maintenance and the upkeep of the machinery
• Participating in projects to increase efficiency and reduce production costs
• Leading, organizing, and developing staff to create a safe and secure working environment
• Being responsible for production reporting
• Managing purchases within given financial frameworks
• Participating in development and improvement work within the company
• As the position involves some budget and financial work, we prefer that you have previous experience with cost responsibility or financial follow-up.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Requirements:

• B driver's license (necessary for commuting to and from production)
